The Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary remains a major Feast, BUT the Mass obligation is dispensed.  We will have our regular Mass Schedule for Monday, August 15th. 6:30 am (if there is no funeral that day) and 8:30 am.


St. James Youth Ministry

Are you a youth who is longing for something more? Come hang out with some teens your age who get your struggles? Our kick-off youth event is on Sunday, August 28 from 4-6 pm. We will be in the John Paul II room, downstairs in the parish center, 2nd room on your right. Young Adult Ministry

New West Side Young Adult Group (age 18 (high school graduate) - 40 years old)
Are you tired of what this culture has to offer and hungry for more? We will walk this journey together through prayer, fellowship, discussion, service and fun. Meetings will take place at St. John the Baptist - Dry Ridge every Tuesday night starting  August 30th.  We will meet in the Youth Ministry room (Parish Office basement) at 7 pm and then we follow this up with a trip to a local eatery for some social time. St. James White Oak Seniors Meeting

St. James White Oak Seniors monthly meeting is Wednesday, September 7 at 11 am in the Church Hall.  Artis will provide lunch.  Please bring nonperishable food items for the needy.  Call Ed Henn for more information or questions at 385-0837.
