A peaceful setting in the heart of White Oak, St. James Cemetery is rich in history and dates back to 1843 when the parish was founded. The St. James Cemetery Association continues to meet the parish needs of today as well as for those of future generations.
Offerings include a choice of affordable burial sites for individuals and families. Selections range in cost from $1,450 to $2,000 for traditional graves. The cemetery also has a Columbarium for the proper interment of ashes. Niches in the Columbarium range from $2,100 to $2,300. Flush ground markers and vases are allowed on individual plots in all sections of our cemetery. Only flush markers are permitted on plots sold after January 1, 2016. Settings will be well tended and the purchase price of your plot includes continual care and maintenance. Fees for interment, marker and vase installations are payable at the time of need.

The Cemetery has a new flower policy.
1. All grave site decorations must be in a permanent vase.
2. Fresh cut and artificial flowers are permitted throughout the year.
3. Memorial & Holiday decorations will be removed one week after special days.
These rules have been established to maintain the dignity of the cemetery.
In accordance with these rules, items that do not comply will be removed and will be available for pick up at the maintenance building.
